“Robert’s Rebellion was built on a lie. Rhaegar didn’t kidnap my aunt or rape her. He loved her, and she loved him” – Watch this epic Video Collection

Jon Snow | The Targaryen Wolf

I fought, I lost. I failed.” – Jon Snow (Aegon Targaryen, VI of his name, rightful heir to the Iron Throne, rightful King of the Andals and the First Men. The White Wolf. The Dragon raised by Wolves. The King in the North. )

Jon Snow || The Prince That Was Promised

Jon had better make it all the way to the end. He deserves it more than any other prominent character. He’s sacrificed more than all of them, he’s always done what’s right, far more than any of the Lannisters and more than Danaerys. He’s fought and bled with the people that are dying for his cause. That alone sets him apart from any of the other big players.

That moment when Ned holds baby Jon in his hands, that’s the moment he realizes that so much of the war he fought and the hatred he had pushed was all for a blurred cause. True, the Mad King made the Northerners his enemy. But the overall war could’ve been avoided, if Rhaegar, Ned and Rob had just sat down and discussed the complex matters like politicians instead of soldiers. Ned literally promised to keep Robert Baratheon’s biggest nightmare alive in his own home and household after Robert had killed a brave innocent man fighting for his people, banner, family and old kingdom.
